You're right about us probably slipping into jargon too much - the RSA digital engagement working group is probably one of the more culpable (all that tech-talk).

Maybe we think it makes what we're doing seem a little more exciting (to us)!

		<description>this is really helpful - thanks for the great job you are doing!  BTW, couldn't agree more that some of our jargon is getting a bit off the mark.  Too many tool boxes, surgeries, etc.  can't we just say guidelines or consultations/meetings?</description>
